Policies for all appearances and events-
- Discreet parking is to be provided. One space for each character entertainer.
- 10 minute breaks are required every two hours for any event longer than 3 hours. Break area must be out of sight and air conditioned.
- Adequate indoor accommodations must be made in the event it rains or the temperature falls outside of 60 to 80 degrees.
- Event coordinators will provide 1 attendant per 2 characters to manage crowds, lines and keep things organized.
- Visits with staged performances must provide audio equipment such as microphones and sound system.
